Objective
- Refurbish IWOCS hydraulic power unit (HPU).
- Modify HPU to work at lower specified working pressures.
- Refurbish IWOCS umbilical reeler and repurpose a 24-core umbilical for a suitable water depth.

Outcome
- HPU:
- Install new LP/MP and HP accumulators and pre-charge with nitrogen.
- Change out all filters and strainers.
- Reset all pressure relief valves to new set pressure.
- Re-instate coating, rigging, and offshore certification.
- Reeler:
- Spool on repurposed 24-core hydraulic umbilical and terminate ends.
- Extend reeler panel to accommodate additional hydraulic lines.
- Change out multi quick connect (MQC) stab plate for project specific MQC.
- Flush and pressure test umbilical in accordance with API.
