Objective
- Design a hydraulic control system that suited the Subsea Tree System configuration.
- Implement the system into a user friendly control panel enabling technicians to easily operate during subsea operations.
- Manufacture a panel that is robust, portable and capable of withstanding offshore conditions.

Outcome
- Designed an IWOC system including an emergency shut-down sequence (ESD). The panel is capable of functioning intervention tooling/equipment, functioning Subsea Tree and Downhole valves and monitoring pressures.
- TEK-Ocean’s subsea technicians installed all components and tubing in-house.
- The panel was flushed to NAS 6 cleanliness specification, then pressure tested in accordance with API
- TEK-Oceans subsea technicians operated the system offshore during Plug and Abandonment operations
